Shipping Policy

At Roveliq.com, we strive to deliver your new furniture and home decor safely and efficiently.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the item:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Freight/Large Item Delivery: For oversized furniture, delivery may take 7–14 business days.

(Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays.)

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Cancellations & Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed, and any cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Damages During Transit Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@roveliq.com with your order number and photos of the damage, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
