1. Order Change or Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours: You can modify or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

  • After 24 Hours or Post-Shipment: If your order has already been processed for shipping, or if the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Standard Return Policy (30 Days) We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: brand new, unused, uninstalled, and free from any damages (e.g., no scratches or stains).

  • Returns must include all original packaging materials, tags, and accessories.

  • Items returned without the original packaging may be rejected or subject to additional depreciation fees.

3. Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong size), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returned items. This fee covers the operational costs of receiving, inspecting, repacking, and restocking the merchandise.

  • Original shipping charges (including expedited shipping or white-glove delivery) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Claim Window) We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at [support@roveliq.com] with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the exterior packaging.

  • Once verified, Roveliq.com will arrange for a free replacement, partial refund, or repair without any additional shipping costs to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order items.

  • Clearance items, floor samples, or items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear after delivery.

  • Gift cards.

6. Refunds Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
